PROJECT COORDINATION
I eventually developed into the go-to project coordinator for everything that went on at the Hot Springs. Everything from the events, to coordinating TV commercials, to meeting with graphic designers all went through me. Through organizational skills and the ability to multitask, I was able to make sure these projects went off without a hitch.

WRITING THE COPY
Through my writing at the MSU Exponent, the school newspaper, I was able to transfer my writing skills to a more professional setting. Because of this, writing all of the copy for the Hot Springs’ social media, website, and reports came almost as second nature. Keeping the voice constant through everything was a problem before I started, and I was able to fix that almost instantly.
MORE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT/SEO
Due to all the work I did for the Bozeman Hot Springs’ website, I impressed the owners enough where they requested my aid in developing and maintaining their other websites. This included the Bozeman Campground, Excel Drilling, and MT Solid Rock, all companies owned by the same people. Although the drilling and rock companies only needed basic maintenance, I was able to redesign and rewrite almost the entire campground website.

COPING WITH COVID
When COVID tragically caused most of Bozeman to shut down, I retained my job at the Hot Springs to be the communications expert between the Hot Springs and their customer base. Through this, I had to communicate effectively and professionally through social media and email to make sure everyone knew what the company was doing to help its consumers.
