DIGITAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA


My first task at the Bozeman Hot Springs was taking the social media accounts and giving them a consistent voice. From there, I was tasked with creating multiple ad campaigns across the platforms. Using Facebook Ads Manager, running the analytics on campaigns, and adjusting accordingly, I was able to run successful ad campaigns through multiple social and digital platforms.

STATISTICS AND ANALYTICS


As I said in my bio, I love numbers. I’ve always found that the numbers can tell a story far better than words can, which is the main reason I minored in statistics to go with my marketing major. For the Hot Springs, I ran analytics on the websites, email marketing, and advertising campaigns, providing monthly reports of my findings. I also compiled demographic analyses to gauge who our best audiences are, which can be found in the link below.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT


One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of at the Hot Springs is my ability to transform and maintain the website. Through teaching myself the ins-and-outs of WordPress while working with a webmaster for complex applications, the Bozeman Hot Springs’ website was transformed into what it is now. From there, I was able to maintain SEO ratings by consistently updating the content, both in the copy and the photos. 

PRINT AND VISIBLE MEDIA


Although it was one of the smallest parts on my job, I was required to meet with local magazines, brochures, and other print media to make sure our print media budget was being spent efficiently. From there, I met with the graphic designers to create the ad that met the needs of the ad space seller.
