MY WORK AT BOZEMAN HOT SPRINGS
In June of 2016, I was hired by the Bozeman Hot Springs, a local health club and recreational facility, as the social media manager. From there, I was able to expand my position at the company into the sole marketing manager, event coordinator, and content creator.

THE MARKETING
At the Bozeman Hot Springs, I was able to utilize my education and skill set to transform what was a basic social media-based marketing job into so much more.
After I developed the base level of my job, I added event coordination, website development, marketing management, content creation, and tracking/analytics to my job title. Through this, I was able to generate reports about the company and gauge the successes/failures of our campaigns.

THE EVENTS
The Bozeman Hot Springs had live music events twice a week, and I was in charge of coordinating, scheduling, and running the events.
Through research, data analysis, problem solving, and being able to adapt quickly, I was able to increase event traffic by over 65%. Even when COVID caused us to temporarily close our stage, I was able to keep music and the Hot Springs associated by learning how to stream live shows.

THE CONTENT CREATION
To ensure that the campaigns and events were well-publicized, I created content for digital campaigns, websites, social media posts, and print advertisements.
This content consisted of me writing the copy, advising/assisting graphic designers and photographers, and finding the space for all of our different campaigns. From there, I directed the campaigns to wherever they would be shown, whether in a magazine, on our website, or on social media.
